The popularity of the Designing Printed Textiles course, which was launched in September 2018 has resulted in many more dates for the classes in 2019. The students are taught by professional designer Patrick Moriarty who has nearly 20 years experience in the fashion and textile industries.The course is taught at METAL Art School, Southend-on-Sea, Essex, UK. Also in 2019 Patrick will be teaching his design techniques at the National Silk Painting Festival hosted by the Essex Guild of Silk Painters. He will also be teaching design to a group of 8 adults with learning difficulties, one morning per week for 10 weeks at the Southend Adult Community College. In the pic you can see unique textile designs and printed fabrics created by the students at METAL Art School.
